Functions

The establishment of Service Development Sub-committee is to develop long-term strategic planning, review the service operation and make suggestions for improvement for the HKFHY's service units including Jockey Activity Center, Employment Service Center and HKFHY Momentum Academy. The major duties of Service Development Subcommittee are including but not limited to:

1. Set the long-term service development direction and strategic plans for the HKFHY's service units;
2.  Monitor the implementation of strategic plans of the HKFHY's service units and provide guidance;
3. Review the daily operations of the HKFHY's service units and make suggestions for improvement;
4. Review the staff deployment of the HKFHY's service units and make suggestions for improvement; and
5. Review the resources usage of the HKFHY's service units and make suggestions for improvement.;and
6. Consult the service users and/or their carers on important matters directly affecting service users.
