In view of the recent unstable weather and to better respond to adverse weather conditions, HKFHY has updated the adverse weather arrangement guidelines effective immediately, following the discussion by the Service Development Sub-Committee on August 11, 2025:
"Whether activities and classes will proceed as usual or be canceled will be determined based on the weather signals issued by the Hong Kong Observatory within two hours before the scheduled start time of the activity or class."
Other arrangements for adverse weather remain unchanged as follows:

ü:Proceed as usual û:Canceled or suspended
Remarks:
* If the center is not yet open, it will remain closed. If the center is already open and activities or classes are in progress, visitors will be arranged to stay in a safe area within the center until the Red Rainstorm Warning or Black Rainstorm Warning is lifted.
** The center will assess the situation and decide whether to cancel activities and classes. If a cancellation is decided, members will be notified immediately.
*** Whether activities and classes proceed as usual or are canceled will be determined based on the weather signals issued by the Hong Kong Observatory within two hours before the scheduled start time of the activity or class.
