Rehab Information

Purpose

A permit issued by TD to facilitate parking of disabled driver for the purpose of:

1. exemption of payment on on-street metered parking spaces;

2. parking on designated disabled driver parking spaces; and

3. granting half fare concession on monthly parking charges at multi-storeys car park under TD’s management.

Eligibility

1. Applicant has to be assessed and confirmed by Hospital Authority that he is suffering from permanent disease or permanent disability that causes him considerable difficulty in walking; and

2. disabled driver who is a registered owner of the vehicle with suitably modification approved by TD.

1. a photocopy of applicant’s identity document;

2. a photocopy of Vehicle Modification Examination Certificate, if any;

3. a photocopy of approval letter for exemption of vehicle licence fee; and
