Functions and Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the alignment of service objectives;
  2. Formulate long-term strategic plan;
  3. Maintain effective management;
  4. Ensure the Federation's stability in personnel, financial and service aspects;     and
  5. Support and promote services.

 

Board Members' Responsibilities

Members of the Board are responsible for the overall management of the Federation. All members should actively participate in the decision-making process and contribute in the development of the Federation.

  1. Attend Board of Directors meetings, participate in discussion and decision - making;
  2. Discuss and vet proposals that submitted to the Board;
  3. Participate in Sub-committees and work group;
  4. Fulfill duties in liability, finance, staff recruitment, planning and evaluation;
  5. Represent the Federation for external liaison; and
  6. Report of conflict of interests in any case of occurance.
