Functions and Responsibilities
- Oversee the alignment of service objectives;
- Formulate long-term strategic plan;
- Maintain effective management;
- Ensure the Federation's stability in personnel, financial and service aspects; and
- Support and promote services.
Board Members' Responsibilities
Members of the Board are responsible for the overall management of the Federation. All members should actively participate in the decision-making process and contribute in the development of the Federation.
- Attend Board of Directors meetings, participate in discussion and decision - making;
- Discuss and vet proposals that submitted to the Board;
- Participate in Sub-committees and work group;
- Fulfill duties in liability, finance, staff recruitment, planning and evaluation;
- Represent the Federation for external liaison; and
- Report of conflict of interests in any case of occurance.
